At Willi's Ski & Board, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact customer support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a shipping box along with your printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to one of our physical retail stores.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
